Four Weeks – Four Topics – Just For You!Personal Program 2015

This is the personal program for you!

Week 1 – Spin The Stress

Stress Mgmt compressedRecognising stress, coping with stress and building resilience, techniques for stress relief – both quick and long term approaches and how to create an environment without stress will be covered in the first week of this well rounded program. The outcome is that you will:

  • Be better able to withstand stressful challenges
  • Have the mental focus you need in your life
  • Be able to active positive personal emotions
  • Engage in strong personal and work relationships

Week 2 – Get the Balance

WorkLife Balance compressedTo be honest it’s hard to get work/life balance – unless when you are completely engaged in your personal and career passions. Rather than try to get work/life balance, it’s more to do with avoiding burnout; pacing yourself. This second week looks at your core life areas, identifying your passion in both personal life and career, finding happiness in all areas, in a sustainable, energy generating way. At the end of the 2 hours you will be able to:

  • Identify your strengths and passions
  • Say ‘No’ to things you don’t want or have time to do
  • Manage your energy levels and time

Week 3 – Fuel the Fire

Nutrition compressesSimple fact. We are what we eat! However, less than half of all adults eat any fruit on a daily basis, vegetable intake is at an all-time low and sugar comprises 25% of our dietary intake – we need reconfigure our approach to food. In this third week, we learn how to construct a wholesome, nutritious diet with the minimum of fuss. By the end of the session you will:

  • Know how to boost nutrient intake effortlessly
  • Understand food labels and common food myths
  • Learn the importance of breakfast and energy regulation

Week 4 – Build the Future

Heart in MedicineThis week is devoted to your specific health needs. Over the previous three weeks, we’ll determine the most pressing health issues experienced as a group. This week will address those specific issues – everything will be on the table, based on the needs of the group. Topics may include Detox Regimes, Boosting Immunity, Increasing Energy, Creating a Wellness Regime for Life – you decide.

  • Cost: All this for $250 incl gst
  • When: Every Monday, starting 21st September to 19th October at 6-8pm (Note this extra week accounts for the Public Holiday)
