We all understand the benefits of exercise, but some people find it harder than exercise-busy-scheduleothers to get the best out of their work, to recover well and to stay motivated. What is the best routine for you? What diet will suits your needs? and how to deal with the common problems encountered along the way?

This workshop is designed for those people who:

  • need nutrition advice specifically for regular exercise
  • encounter fatigue and poor recovery after exercise
  • experience cramping and muscle or joint pain
  • are encountering immunity and other health concerns
  • experience a lack of motivation
