Seminars compressedWe are offering a monthly Workshops on a range of topics.

With years of clinical experience under my belt, I am excited to offer the community a range of interesting and informative health and wellbeing workshops.  A different topic will be covered monthly – on the last Tuesday of each month. The dates and topics are:

  • April 26 – Maximise your Workout
    • Do you experience fatigue post workout, muscle pain or poor recovery? Attending this workshop teach you how to get the most out of your workout – the topic will be explored widely including diet, timing and recovery.
  • May 31 – Healthy Ageing
    • Learn the key things that influence how well or how badly you age. Foods, Nutrients, Activity and Lifestyle. Only you can influence how well your health be as you get older, find out the most important aspects with a view to making changes for better long term health.
  • June 28 – Your Gut, Your Mind
    • For some time naturopaths have been urging their clients to address their digestion and gastrointestinal health and get on top of their mood and cognition. This workshop will discuss the latest research on how  and why your gut health influences how you think and feel.
  • July 26 – Fermented Foods
    • These functional foods have been long used to improve gut health and systemic health. Find out what fermented foods are, what they do and how use them enhance your health.

Cost: $79 per workshop OR $249 for all four workshops.

Location: Suite 1, Level 1, 31-33 Horton St, Port Macquarie.

Time/Dates: 6pm-7.30pm on the last Tuesday of the month
